Before You Delete Your Account
Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Please review the following information carefully before proceeding.
What happens when your account is deleted:
- Your personal data (name, email, phone number) will be permanently erased
- Your KYC verification documents (BVN, NIN, government IDs) will be discarded
- Your bank account details linked to Mulligan will be removed
- Your loan history and repayment records will be deleted
- Your next-of-kin information will be removed
- You will not be able to recover your account or any associated data
Important Notice
You cannot delete your account if you have any active, pending, or disbursed loans. Please ensure all outstanding loans are fully repaid before requesting account deletion. If you need assistance, please contact our support team.

Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone to complete the deletion.
